If you’ve found yourself here… I get you.
When you’ve been through a mental health episode, it can be hard to feel like yourself again.
There’s often a lot of support at the beginning… but as things start to look more “normal” on the outside, it can feel like everyone expects you to be fine — even when you’re not.
I’ve been there too.
It might not feel as intense as it once did… but something still feels off.
Life can feel a bit flat. Like you’re getting through it… but not really living it.
And that can be hard to put into words.

You’re not broken for feeling this way.
It’s understandable.
It can feel confusing… and it can take time to make sense of what happened.
Even when things start to look “better” on the outside, it doesn’t always feel that way on the inside.
You might even find yourself questioning what was real, and what wasn’t .
And that can feel unsettling.
There’s no rush to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to force yourself to feel any different than you do right now.
But you also don’t have to sit with it all on your own.
If it feels like it might help to talk… you’re welcome to reach out.
The mind can go over things… again and again.
